Maybe only a few people know this beach. This beach is located on the south coast of East Java, or more precisely located in the village Lojejer, Wuluhan district, 45 kilometers south of the town of Jember. And can be reached from the city of Surabaya to the city of Jember about a five hour drive to within 200 kilometer. Nama beach is Papuma. Papuma is an acronym for Pasir Putih Malikan (Malikan White Sands). Malikan means that there is a large stone in the south of Cape Papuma.
Along the Papuma beach there clean white sand and beautiful, and allows the foreign tourists who come to sunbathe on the beach. Green mossy coral reefs, southern sea waves blue and white fog behind coral reefs into a fascinating blend to be enjoyed. Come morning before 08.00 am to Papuma Beach, Jember, East Java. If you are from Surabaya, to reach there you can take a public bus patas at a cost of Rp 50,000 towards Jember. then you have to get off at Bus station Tawang Alun Jember. Then proceed to use transit village to district Ambulu with cost Rp 10,000. Towards Papuma beach, you have to hire a motorcycle taxi around Rp 15,000.
Entrance is quite Rp 7,000 per person to enter the beach area. Once past the entrance, our journey through rugged terrain paved on either side are teak and tropical trees. Occasionally look monkeys swinging in the trees or the birds.
